The account remembers. The agent should remember too.
Promises, objections, and account history with source and validity, delivered to the proposal agent via MCP. Every call becomes versioned context.
Scenario
How context circulates when ValorBrain is in the flow.
- 01
On the September call, the executive promises a 4-business-hour response SLA on the annual plan; the commitment goes in as a commitment, with author and source in the transcript.
- 02
At renewal, the agent retrieves what was promised, by whom, and when.
- 03
The promise from the call is the same one that appears in the proposal and the contract.
- 04
The proposal copilot receives the commitments currently in force for that account and the objections already logged, with the originating case.
- 05
The draft cites what was agreed instead of repeating a generic brief.
- 06
Nothing gets promised twice in different ways: the recorded version prevails until someone changes it, with a source.
- 07
The objection that stalled the previous negotiation stays on record with the account's context.
- 08
The feedback-loop turns the team's correction into a lesson for the agents' next sessions.
- 09
RevOps sees the pattern across accounts before it turns into a loss.
Frequently asked questions
Our CRM already keeps the account history.
The CRM keeps the record; ValorBrain maintains version, validity, and source for every commitment and delivers the context inside the agent, at the moment it writes. The HubSpot connector comes in as one source, and the CRM stays the CRM.
What about what was said on calls, outside the CRM?
Transcripts come in through ingestion, and the commitment becomes a record with author, date, and source. What was said no longer depends on the memory of whoever attended the meeting.
Who can see what?
The agent inherits the permissions of whoever uses it, per person and per source. Sensitive pricing appears for those allowed to see it, and every read is logged in the audit trail.
What proof is there that retrieval works?
Internally we measure LoCoMo R@10 of 96.58% (1986 questions, +2.1 points over the published open-source leader) and an average of 75.5% (binary 80.8%) on BEAM-100K, with an open methodology. Internal retrieval benchmarks; not peer-reviewed and not end-to-end QA. The sales proof is simpler: the promise from the call is the same one in the proposal, with a source in both.
