Current protocol, cited source, human decision.
Current protocol with source cited, sensitive data isolated by permission, and always a human decision. Support for the team, not clinical decisions.
Scenario
How context circulates when ValorBrain is in the flow.
- 01
The revised protocol supersedes the previous version, with validity and owner recorded.
- 02
The support agent delivers the version in force, with the source cited.
- 03
The old version disappears from the answer, not from the audit.
- 04
Search retrieves internal courses of care and protocols by similarity to the case.
- 05
Every answer cites its source; when nothing is found, the agent says so.
- 06
Curation flags what has aged and needs review.
- 07
Permissions are inherited per person and per source, with multi-tenant RLS.
- 08
Who read what is recorded in the audit log.
- 09
Whoever decides the care is a health professional, always.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make clinical decisions?
No. ValorBrain organizes and delivers context with source. The clinical decision belongs to the health professional. No answer replaces the judgment of whoever answers for the patient.
What about patient confidentiality?
Documents, vectors and the database stay in Brazil; answer generation uses a model provider outside the country, and the encrypted backup lives in the cloud (Google Drive). In compliance with the LGPD. Tenant isolation, permissions inherited per person and per source, and an audit trail for every read. Sensitive data stays isolated.
How do protocols come in?
Through document ingestion, without rewriting the past. Versioning with validity starts from there, and the revised protocol supersedes the previous one without erasing history.
